However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases made through Rahat Socks are final.
We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered to the customer.

Socks are considered personal wearable items, and once they have left our facility, they cannot be restocked or resold for hygiene reasons — even if unused or unworn.

We strongly advise our customers to:

  • Double-check size, color, and quantity before placing the order.
  • Review all product details carefully.
  • Contact our support team if you have any doubts before checkout.

2. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

While we take great care in packaging and dispatching your orders, errors can occasionally happen.
If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • A wrong item that does not match your order,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit (only in verified cases of wrong or damaged items).

3. Non-Eligible Situations

The following are not eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Color variation due to screen display differences
  • Delay caused by courier or logistics partners
  • Products not reported within 48 hours of delivery

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
